Job Description - Perform medical actions and services in accordance with professional standards and competencies - Provide emergency aid in accordance with professional standards and competence. - Handle patients who need to be referred to a referral hospital if necessary. - Provide health counseling to patients and their families if needed. - Record and document the activities of medical services and actions - Maintain confidentiality of all patient information. - Implement infection prevention and control programmes in performing medical services. - Prioritize quality and patient safety in performing medical services.
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Medical Profession; - Have an Active Registration Certificate (STR); - Have an ACLS and ATLS Certificate; - Having HIPERKES certificate is preferred. - Maximum age 35 years - Experienced in a Hospital is a must; - Willing to work in shifts; - Communicative, thorough, responsible, and active; - Can work individually or in a team; - Willing to participate in Hospital Accreditation and Hospital Programs;
