Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and report petty cash
  • Booking Tickets (Air/Train/other transportation) & Hotel
  • Set up & ensure OB and Driver work is on schedule
  • Ensure & manage ATK (Office stationery) needs are met

 

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 / Bachelor Degree all majors
  • Have experience as General Affair Staff for at least 5 year
  • Excellent understanding of MS office / Google Workspace
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Placement: Kuningan (South Jakarta)
