Position Overview:

This role is responsible for managing the purchasing processes and overseeing the needs and facilities of all TNP Group stores, offices, and warehouses. The role also includes being in charge of organizing and fulfilling the requirements for expos and events. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while coordinating closely with other departments, such as HR and finance, to ensure efficient and effective operations. The position is based in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Oversee Purchasing Processes:
  • Monitor Third-Party Agreements
  • Submit vendor requests to management as needed.
  • Employee Contract Management:
  • Supervise Business Travel and Operational Facilities:
  • Fulfill Expo Needs
  • Monitor monthly progress.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members.
  • Discuss field issues with HR Manager and relevant users.
  • Manage Employee Purchases and Gift Claims
  • Weekly coordination of payment orders with finance.

     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in GA and Purchasing roles, preferably in retail.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and purchasing software (e.g., Odoo).
  • Familiarity with retail industry operations is a plus.
  • Willing to work in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
