PT Inovasi Dinamika Pratama is seeking highly motivated persons to fill a position as Field Team Leader in the Lampung region.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Social or related field.
• Have a minimum one year working experience as a team leader/site supervisor
• Have a minimum three-year working experience as a field facilitator, especially in cocoa or compost project
• Good communication and local stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to drive a motorcycle and have a driver's license
• Familiar with daily reports and monthly reports
• Resides in Lampung, around Pringsewu and Pesawaran Regency is preferred.

Job Descriptions : 

• Local team administration, site visit arrangements, training and event planning, and reporting.
• Work with farmers and compost businesses on a consistent and long-term basis to implement compost use with farmers, and develop business processes, and marketing programs with the compost business owners.
• Assist cocoa farmers in increasing their cocoa farm production.
• Develop surveys for baseline, midline, and end-line studies or assessments of cocoa farmers. Analyze cocoa farmer survey results and write reports.
• Develop training programs, cocoa tree monitoring programs, and farmer engagement activities.
• Empowering the existing compost business unit to expand production, maintain its business, and increase business profit.
• Assist with various research, training, and activities related to the project as directed by the project coordinator.
