PT Inovasi Dinamika Pratama is seeking highly motivated persons to fill a position as Field Mentor and Trainer of cocoa farmers in Lampung region.
 

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
• Have a minimum two-year working experience as a field facilitator, especially in cocoa or compost project
• Good communication and local stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to drive a motorcycle and have a driver's license
• Familiar with daily reports and monthly reports
• Resides in Lampung, around Pringsewu and Pesawaran Regency is preferred.

• Job Description:
• Work with farmers and compost business units on a consistent and long-term basis to implement compost use with farmers and business process and marketing programs with the compost business owners
• Conduct surveys and interviews for baseline study or assessment of cocoa farmer
• Conduct a survey for compost supply chain study or assessment of the business processes and operations of the existing compost businesses
• Involved in preparing training programs and training materials for the cocoa farmer
• Involved in preparing training programs and training materials for the compost business unit
• Organize training for the cocoa farmer and the compost business unit
• Regular mentoring of farmers on compost application and cocoa farming practices with compost
• Carry out other activities according to the direction of the project coordinator
