Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, event planning, and/or marketing space in FMCG / Tobacco industry
Proficiency in trade & field marketing business process across channels
Proven track record of supervising direct / indirect team members, specifically for merchandising process
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Responsibilities:
Conduct monitoring on the overall programs creation, implementation and effectiveness in meeting business objective
Develop, analyze and evaluate consolidated post programs evaluation report to propose relevant action steps and continuous improvement.
Provide area market competitiveness and opportunities recommendation to establish demand creation programs to aligned with marketing & sales objectives
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the implementation of trade & field marketing initiatives to build alignment between sales KPI and marketing objectives
