Monitoring SLA with object power, temperature, humidity, and security across all data hall
Managing technician manpower to handle incident as 1st level support
Less than 3 minutes for response/acknowledgment of the incident
Ensure 0 incidents within operations due to human errors (security & technician)
Managing staff & outsource vendors
Ensure the operators are working according to the SOP, WI & EOP
Ensure that staff/outsource vendor has proper knowledge & can execute it
Active use of knowledge management system to codify lessons learned
Collaboration with risk & Compliance, and technology department to prepare & review if any incident, changes, or new incident
Managing simulation & testing scenarios to proper knowledge
Ensure PUE achieved according to target
Conduct analysis, investigate, trial, & propose solutions to achieve target PUE
Create a proposed solution for any anomalies found
Ensure on-time maintenance of equipment
Provide technical requirements & assisting in sourcing vendors to ensure they fit our technical aspect
Scheduling maintenance for each major equipment
Ensuring vendor working according to our MOP
Report & action to follow up any maintenance result
Ensuring availability of critical spare part

Requirement:

University Degree from a reputable local or overseas university, related to mechanical or electrical fields
Having experience in Data Center is a plus
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a similar position is required for this position.
Willing to learn, energetic, proactive, and good intercommunication skills.
Must be able to develop relationships and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business
Good project management, problem-solving, time-management, communication, and presentation skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent English both oral and written is a must.
Should possess computer knowledge, familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong presentation and writing skills.
