Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the development and execution of e-commerce strategies, optimizing digital channels for sales, brand engagement, and consumers acquisition. Drive digital marketing efforts across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives.    
  • Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to enhance platform performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Collaborate with regional and global PC teams to align local strategies with broader company goals.                                                                                 
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and threats. Translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives, driving innovation and differentiation in product offerings, marketing campaigns, and consumer experiences.                  
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact consumer preferences and market dynamics                                       
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including research agencies and industry experts, to leverage collective knowledge and expertise in shaping strategic decisions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, continuously refining approaches based on performance feedback and evolving market conditions.
  • Spearhead the development of the annual marketing plan, encompassing strategic objectives, key initiatives, budget allocation, and KPIs.
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue optimization opportunities through pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product bundling initiatives, SKU profitability and customer profitability focused. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans that integrate digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and impact, including sampling programs, trial and conversion programs, among others.                             
  • Handle other key areas of brand management and development, sales team collaboration and pricing strategy, product development support, team leadership and development, budget management, marketing performance measurement and reporting                            
  • Other assignment, tasks and projects based on Management discretion                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience at least 10 years in marketing leadership roles within the consumer goods or personal care industry.
  • Experience in trade marketing and BTL planning, with a focus on driving sales and visibility in retail channels.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing consumer-centric marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional capabilities and extensive experience in e-commerce and digital marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
