Key Responsibilities : 

• Oversee all production activities within the ester derivative plant to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance, logistics) to meet production targets.
• Monitor production quality and ensure that all ester derivative products meet required specifications and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production process.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for any potential hazardous situations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., lean manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Implement best practices in production processes and ensure the adoption of new technologies.
• Manage plant budgets, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
• Oversee inventory management for raw materials, finished products, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

Job Requirement : 

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role in ester derivative production or a similar chemical manufacturing environment, speciality and Palm Oil Derivative.
• Strong knowledge of ester derivative production processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Experience with safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental management in a manufacturing setting.
• Have a good knowledge of Product development and R&D
• Good communication skill in English both oral and written 
• To be placed in Gresik - East Java
