We are seeking a skilled Electrical Chargeman to provide support for our manufacturing operations.

In this position, we need you to play vital role in:

• Installing electrical networks in employee housing and the factory.
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of generators and electrical networks in employee housing and the factory.
• Repairing any damages that occur in the electrical installations of employee housing and the factory.
• Planning daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly work schedules.
• Reducing overtime for team members.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electrical network installation and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills with subordinates, colleagues, and superiors.
• Leadership abilities.
• Proficient in operating computers.
