Job Description:

1. Platform Management: Oversee the end-to-end processes of assigned platform (Shopee, Lazada, and Blibli) including promo/price submissions, package buying, product management, etc.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock control and replenishment.
3. Logistics and Customer Experience: Manage shipping carriers, optimize shipping processes, enhance the online shopping experience, and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
4. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze KPIs, generate reports on sales and operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Team Coordination: Maintain relationships and liaise with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth operation of the e-commerce business.

 

Qualifications:

1. Have a 2+ years' experience in handling e-commerce operation (Shopee & Lazada)
2. Experience working with handphone & electronic industry will be an advantage
3. Proficient English skill (Speaking and Writing)
4. Intermediate knowledge around Microsoft Excel 
5. Able and know how to use Photoshop 
6. Have a great communication & interpersonal skill
