Job Description

• Coordinate to ensure the implementation of driver training and evaluation schedules 
• Check and control the availability of work schedules (roster) for all drivers. 
• Provide regular explanations and direction to drivers regarding compliance with the attendance schedule according to the roster. 
• Carrying out periodic reviews and coaching on driver discipline and performance. 
• Collaborate with the HSE and Operations Team to prevent incidents from occurring.

Requirements

• Have minimum Diploma III 
• Have 3 - 5 Years performed in Transport, Logistics & Driver Management environment 
• Minimum last active position as Supervisor / Assistant Manager in Driver Management
• Good communication, adaptation & initiatives
