Kaleka, (Kaleka.id) is an Indonesian non-profit research institute established in 2014 with aims to sustainable and equitable production of commodities and use of natural resources by engaging governments, business, and social communities. As we scale up, we are seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join our team and support our mission.

Digital System Administration Intern will assisting with hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance, monitoring platform performance, supporting data backup and recovery, documenting system configurations and SOPs, and collaborating with the IT team to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance processes.
• Assist with platform performance monitoring.
• Support the data backup and recovery process according to procedures.
• Assist in the documentation process of system configuration and the preparation of SOPs related to IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT team in resolving technical issues.

Requirement

• Fresh graduate from Informatics / Information Systems / related majors.
• Basic understanding of system development.
• Able to work individually or in a team.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiar with Google Workspace.
• Willing to learn low-code and no-code systems.
