Qualifications & experience

1. Good conduct, recognition of enterprise, team culture;
2. Bachelor degree or above; Computer, management related majors preferred;
3. More than five years of project management experience, automotive industry, software industry work experience is preferred;
4. With strong driving force and executive force, good at communication.
5. Honest and trustworthy with good team spirit.
6. Willing to be placed in Subang, Jawa Barat Factory.
7. Preferably be able to join in end of December.
Key skills: 1.English and Chinese language skills are preferred. 2.Excel,ppt,word software skills are preferred. 3.Problem solving 4.teamwork

Tasks & responsibilities

1. responsible for project initiation and promotion, participate in the whole process of product project management, control the project progress;
2. Responsible for system development project follow-up, coordination, implementation and feedback, and regularly report project progress and risk to company leaders;
3. Responsible for tracking and implementing the work contents and time nodes formulated in the meeting of each information construction project;
4. Responsible for the promotion of strategic projects of the company, and launched a series of strategic projects according to time requirements;
5. responsible for coordinating the optimization and integration of resources among the factories of each base, ensuring the smooth progress of project communication, and organizing multi-party meetings according to the actual situation;
6. Good at project process management, project change management, and process document induction and arrangement.
