We are an innovative architectural and engineering firm actively seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving the growth of our architectural firm.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing fluent English and effective verbal communication with customers and employees.
  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience with expertise in Media buying (PPC, Programmatic), Content marketing, B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM. Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Website Development using WordPress is required.
  • A keen eye for design and skill in video editing.
  • Hands-on experience in content management or social media.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for the architectural industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating an aptitude for identifying trends and optimizing campaigns to meet architectural client needs.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and staying updated on digital marketing trends in the architectural sector.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously also work in a high-pressure environment and complete tasks within a short period.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including media buying, social media management, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement across various platforms.
  • Manage website presence, create engaging posts, monitor performance, and analyze audience growth & engagement metrics.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, optimizing plans & budgets for engagement.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify insights, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content creation, sales) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Oversees a company's interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and technologies, proactively suggesting strategies for implementation.
  • Manage daily inquiries and reach out to potential new businesses with quality customer servicing.
  • Research, plan, and execute marketing strategies aligned with the business brand, increasing traction with targeted audiences.
