Requirement:
- Background education minimum bachelor degree (S-1) all major
- Have experience min 2 years as Customer Service EXIM in logistics or freight forwarding company is priority
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Excellent Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
- Understand procedures, regulations, licenses, export import documents and the necessary permit, including PIB/PEB
- Having good communication and interpersonal skill
- Office: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
Job Description:
- Handle Customer enquiries
- Deliver fast and excellent communication to Customer
- Establish and maintain relationship with Customer
- Handle document export import (pre alert until monitoring shipment)
- Well-organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multi-faceted tasks
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Good Decision making and problem solving skill
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
