About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta Utara.
• Our client is a Japanese Heavy Machinery company. Currently, they are looking for CRM Unit Head (Supervisor).

Job Responsibilities:

• Create warranty report.
• Create failure report.
• Operate CRM system.
• Translate communications and documents.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimal diploma degree.
• Business English proficiency.
• Minimal 5 years experience with after-sales service in Machinery/Automotive Industry, with 3 years experience as a Leader/Supervisor.
• Experienced in using SAP or CRM system, MS Office.
• Possess excellent health and physical conditions.
• Willing to be placed in Cakung (East Jakarta) and willing to doing business trip.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
