Requirement :

• S1 Public Relations/Marcomm/Journalistic/DKV/Multimedia
• Having professional experience working in a company at least 5 years in creative design field, in creating visuals, motion graphics and videos. 
• Proficiency in operating various types of cameras, in graphic design software to develop visuals such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with the project's goals and visions. 
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Mastering good content and editorial writing techniques
• Mastering good English in terms of structure, grammar, and vocabulary (verbal and writing)
• Good speaking, negotiating, and persuasion skills
