Responsibility : 

• Calculate and propose Capex (budget) for new store/ renovation for management approval 
• Calculate cost (including maintenance) for project new store/ renovation/ closing.
• Follow up for maintenance request (receive work orders from operation, request for proposal from selected vendor) 
• Liaise with vendor/contractor for survey, follow up with PO and SPK creation 
• Monitoring every projects item to be ready/delivered on site before project begin 
• Monitor and ensure all SPK/PO/GR/ invoice and all document needed are complete before project begin

Requirements : 

• Education, minimum bachelor degree from Industrial engineering, Management, Economy, Architecture or any related fields 
• Experience 3 - 4 years on project costing management 
• Computer literate 
• Strong in analytical thinking, data analytics, costing and budgeting calculation 
• Strong personality, good in leadership, communication skill, interpersonal skill 
• Fluent in English both oral and written
