Key Responsibilities

Commercial Support

  • Assist in managing sales orders, invoicing & customer accounts
  • Track & update sales data, pricing and collection
  • Coordinate with Supplier and Customers to ensure timely order fulfillment. 

Communication & Administrative 

  • Serve as a liaison between sales, logistic and finance
  • Communicate & manage correspondence (emails, letter, etc.) with customers & suppliers
  • Handle routine administrative tasks & assist in maintaining records, reports and confidential documents.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings and appointments. 

Others

  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
