Ensure that the activities of the sub-section are carried out according to the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies, and propose changes to superiors if necessary.
Prepare monthly reports for the sub-section as required by the department.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors related to the department's functions.
Propose the annual budget for the sub-section.
Assist the section head in analyzing staffing needs and propose organizational planning for the sub-section.
Conduct interviews for prospective employees in the sub-section.
Assess and evaluate the performance of subordinates, and ensure the development of both the individual and all employees under their supervision according to evaluation results and required competencies.
Create an operational work plan for the sub-section in accordance with the work programs and targets that have been set, and monitor and evaluate its implementation.
Monitor and supervise the work of all employees in the sub-section to ensure it is carried out in an orderly, effective, and efficient manner in line with the set targets.
Implement innovations and improvements as needed for the work programs and operational activities in the sub-section.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field.
Technical skill: General AK3 (Occupational Health and Safety, POP (Operation and Maintenance Procedures), Unit Productivity
Management skill: Human Resources Management & Coaching & Counseling
