Responsibilities :

• Ensure the customer guarantee process between TPA and Hospital is in accordance with the SLA 
• Communicate with the Hospitals regarding supporting documents that have  not been provided to the TPA 
• Simple Investigation
• Answering customer questions at the hospital 

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor/Master Degree, major: Medical, Public Health, Nursing, Midwife
• Minimal 1 year experience 
• Having experience at Individual Insurance Industry (Claim Dept)
• Good communication skill, willing to learn new things 
• Good customer service skill (frontliner ability)
