Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Communications, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of experience in the internet industry, with more than 5 years of coding experience and at least 3 years of team management experience.
• Familiar with Jira, Git, and remote team management.
• Proficient in internet technology system architecture design, system analysis, coding implementation, performance optimization, and system security. Skilled in common design patterns and mainstream design tools, with the ability to perform system modeling and overall design.
• Proficient in common open-source frameworks and technologies. Proficient in at least one or more relational databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle, with the ability to design database application systems. Familiar with Java/Php/Golang (proficiency in at least one is required).
• Experienced in microservice architecture design. Familiar with load balancing, caching, network storage, network security, high availability design, and performance evaluation mechanisms for large-scale systems. Possesses mature experience in massive data, large-scale, high-concurrency.
• Proficient in at least one or more NoSQL databases such as Memcache, Redis, MongoDB, or HBase, and capable of selecting technologies according to application scenarios. Proficient in at least one or more messaging middleware such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or RocketMQ.
• Rich experience in project management and product development. Strong comprehensive abilities: logical analysis, product planning and design, communication and coordination, PPT presentation, project management, and learning abilities.
• Strong project management skills, communication and coordination abilities, planning and execution capabilities, decision-making, and organizational management skills. Requires Chinese language proficiency at HSK Level 5.
• Experience with open-source code is preferred, such as managing open-source projects on internationally renowned platforms like GitHub.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the company's project technology team, align with the company's development strategy, stay abreast of the trends in smart sports, and adjust product system functions according to business needs in a timely manner.
• Oversee version releases, iterations, and updates, ensuring continuous optimization of the project system, and be accountable for the overall team's work results.
• Responsible for the company's product business planning, the formulation of key technical architectures, and the research of related new technologies. Closely collaborate with the company's business development needs, organize the team to complete product design and development work.
• Lead the team to achieve product goals, ensuring high-quality and smooth execution of the company's product development, launch, and maintenance.
• Responsible for the overall construction, motivation, and training of the product technology team. Effectively monitor project progress, coordinate personnel allocation, and establish appropriate assessments/incentives to continuously enhance the team's enthusiasm, work quality, and efficiency.
• Responsible for organizing the formulation of R&D management systems, technical standards, technical specifications, and supervising their implementation.
• Lead system architecture design, refactoring, and optimization of existing technical architectures.
