PERSYARATAN:

• Maximum age 38 years.
• Last education at Diploma and/or Bachelor level, majoring in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years work experience as Chief Engineering in the property & hotel industry (buildings/malls/apartments).
• Have experience as Engineering in high-rise/hotel building
• Have a good leadership management system.
• Willing to take part in the entire selection process, including medical examinations.
• Willing to be placed to work in Cirebon

 

TANGGUNG JAWAB PEKERJAAN:

• Make plans and engineering work programs
• Make a work method planning
• Doing the division of work tasks between civil engineering; MEPs; plumbing; HVAC
• Coordinate and manage engineering operational activities
• Coordinate with related sections for the implementation of the latest engineering systems
• Coordinate with external parties/subcontractors regarding maintenance/engineering repairs
• Carry out each process and clarification of engineering maintenance/repair requests
• Anticipate any problems that arise during the process of engineering activities
• Ensuring engineering operational activities are carried out according to procedures and following K3 principles
• Coordinate and arrange maintenance schedules for all facilities/assets on a regular basis
• Develop and provide motivation to subordinates
• Make activity reports and help prepare material details for monthly reports
• Ensure that all technicians use PPE according to their needs and follow the regulations or the golden rule for Environmental Occupational Health and Safety (K3L)
• Ensure that all technicians follow the work regulations set by the Company and the client
• Report any problems encountered to the General Manager & Executive Assistant Manager (EAM)
• Inform any known damage to the General Manager & Executive Assistant Manager (EAM)
• Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, superiors and/or clients
