Location: Surabaya (East Java)
Position Overview:
As the Branch Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of sales professionals, implement strategic sales initiatives, and ensure that the branch meets its sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Target oriented, have good communication skills, have broad insight into the Car Finance business, have a wide business network in the car marketing business
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role (minimal 4 years)
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products and market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Job Description :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, including sales and collections
- Collaborate with dealer or the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management
