RESPOSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging for the production process.
- Set up and maintain an efficient warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain an efficient inbound/outbound operation indicator with the most optimal activities.
- Responsible for productivity, quality of warehouse operations and inventory management (include stock count, stock accuracy, safety stock).
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Logistics, Management background.
- At least 7 years of experience as Warehouse Assistant Manager in or FMCG company.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations.
- Excellent in planning skills, decision making, conflict & time management.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
