RESPOSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging for the production process.
• Set up and maintain an efficient warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain an efficient inbound/outbound operation indicator with the most optimal activities.
• Responsible for productivity, quality of warehouse operations and inventory management (include stock count, stock accuracy, safety stock).

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Logistics, Management background.
• At least 7 years of experience as Warehouse Assistant Manager in or FMCG company.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations. 
• Excellent in planning skills, decision making, conflict & time management.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
• Placement in Mojokerto
