Job Description:

  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide staff, ensuring productivity and addressing performance issues.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  3. Customer Service: Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards.
  4. Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, monitor expenses, and improve financial performance.
  5. Reporting: Prepare operational and financial reports for management.

 

Qualification:

  1. Have the experiences (2-5 years) as an assistant manager for high level position.
  2. Experience in handling a team for 2-5 years.
  3. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook).
  4. Able to speak English & Mandarin.
  5. Experience in managing multiple schedules and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Great communication skill.
  7. Experience in handphone industry is a plus.
