Job Description

As the Area Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within your designated area, ensuring achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives, provide guidance and support, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Cover area: West Nusa Tenggara.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree with minimum experience 5 years
  • Proven experience in sales & distribution management, preferably in the Dairy products.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions (computer literacy)
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets, focusing on KPIs.
  • Lead and manage distributor sales reps to achieve sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance sales team productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to Regional Sales Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  • Focus on distribution results and end-user activation based on KPIs.
