Job Description :

• Breakdown targets up to Distributor level
• Set incentive scheme so that the Team is motivated to achieve targets
• Conduct supervisory calls (audit team work results in the field) and training calls (direct monitoring of work processes)
• Set Trade Promo together with NSM
• Ensuring the achievement of targets in the Area by managing the Trade Promo budget effectively & efficiently

Requirements :

• Minimum have 7 years experienced in related field (Sales) or 2 years in the same position
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of any major
• Familiar with those area that you applied (West Indonesia) especially all Sumatera, Batam, Pontianak, Balikpapan, dan Banjarmasin.
