Job Description :
- Develop distributor's supervisory level personnel in sales & marketing monthly, weekly and daily operational planning
- Ensure distributor team able to conduct recommended way of working in sales planning process (Daily briefing, weekly meeting & monthly meeting)
- Ensure distributor team able to allocate marketing resources as per guideline to the right workshops
- Ensure distributor team has the right knowledge & ability to convey consumer & trade marketing programs correctly to the workshops
- Develop distributor's personnel capability in sales & marketing operation to ensure strong sales steps of the call implementation in the field
- Conduct in class training to all distributor's personnel
- Conduct joint call with distributor's sales personnel to increase their capability
- Conduct Control call to observe point of development for distributor's sales personnel
- Conduct Marketing Control call to observe point of development for marketing execution excellent
- Conduct train the trainer program to ensure distributor's supervisory level that the right ability to coach their team
- Identify & explore new opportunities in territory management, coverage management & sales operation
- Identify opportunities development in un-covered territories & develop distributor's capability in exploiting these opportunities to increase distribution footprint
- Identify gaps in distributor's coverage management & provide recommendations to improve coverage effectiveness
- Identify gaps in distributor's sales operation excellence & provide recommendation to improve operation effectiveness (includes field sales operation & collection operation)
- Develop distributor's capability in data management and operation review
- Ensure distributor establish a solid planning, execution, monitoring & review culture & calendar
- Develop distributor's capability in the monitoring & review analytical skills to generate a strong action plan
Requirement :
- Experience in sales area in lubricant or tobacco Industry around 3 years
- Experienced handle distributor
- Communicative, initiative, hands on
- Target oriented
- Willing to be placed in Bali area with contract based
