About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta Utara.
• Our client is a Japanese Heavy Machinery company. Currently, they are looking for AR Litigation Manager (Legal Manager).

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing legal cases faced by the company, both head office and branches, and providing solutions based on statutory regulations.
• Coordinating with authorized parties and law enforcement.
• Prepare evidence to be used in criminal or civil cases.
• Provides insight into aspects of litigation in the corporate environment.
• Accustomed to handling debt cases and filing lawsuits in court.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Business English proficiency.
• Min 2 years as Legal Manager, with min. 8 years of litigation experience, experienced in filing lawsuit in court and handling debt cases.
• Have advocate license (PERADI).
• Willing to doing business trip as needed.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.
