Job Description:

  • Handle administration detail for Audit
  • Response to customer requirements
  • Controlling document from all department in the company
  • Conduct internal audit as scheduled
  • Follow up the result and findings in the audit to the relevant section
  • Checking the completeness of documents for external audit
  • Coordinate with related work units and ensure internal and external audits are carried out properly
  • Monitoring project progress to achieve goal smoothly
  • Liaising with internal teams for project related issues
  • Reporting project progress to internal members
  • Responsible for developing and overseeing environmental, social and corporate governance policies and procedures
  • Managing General Affairs  
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Qualification:

  • Good command of written & spoken English
  • Minimum D3/S1
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skill
  • At least has 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Good personality, creative, high integrity, an the ability to work in the team
  • Willing to be located in Kabupaten Sukabumi
