Job Description Summary : 

Responsible for the overall administration of the Division / Department, including budget, finance, purchasing, procurement of goods and services, and other contracts.

 

Job Description :

  • Monitor invoice payments are processed and well documented.
  • Ensure all administrative documents are required.
  • Helping to find out the price of transportation information is updated.
  • Assist management prepare budget, planning, work activity.
  • Prepare reports and related data management needs.
  • Help prepare publications.

 

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree all major.
  • Have a minimum 2 years experience as administration assistant in palm oil plantation.
  • Willing to placed in Central Kalimantan
