Qualifications:

  • Maintain both hard copy and electronic files, ensure all records are organized and easily accessible.
  • Oversee and manage the payment process for invoices and other financial transactions. 
  • Ensure timely processing of payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct research on current trends and consumer needs within the niche. 
  • Benchmark competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market opportunities.
  • Manage procurement processes to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of marketing materials.
  • Prepare and update social media reports and performance metrics. 
  • Assist with marketing and social media initiatives for brands. 
  • Establish and maintain contact with institution for media placements.
  • Ensure content updates are aligned with ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information System.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in administration area.
  • Have a knowledge about IT (Software/Hardware).
  • Have ability to speak English language conversational level.
  • Able to join immediately preferred.
