Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years AP/T&E/finance related work experience
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• A strong team player with good communication skills, fluent in both Indonesia language and English
• Willing to work onsite with a contract-based arrangement
• Can join ASAP

Job Descriptions:

• Own and operates finance process such as (but not limited to) accounts payable and T&E, with potential expansion to GL and AR related tasks
• Majority of the work involve in account payables and T&E, including invoice/claim processing, validation, reconciliation, issue resolution, communicate with internal stakeholders and hardcopy archiving activity
• Drive process improvement and be part of new system implementation
• Ensure good understanding and govern internal controls including compliance to the group’s SOP, policies & local tax regulations (VAT/WHT)
• Ensure Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) requirements are met for our stakeholder, with periodic result reporting for further process improvement
• Provide support to ad-hoc tasks
